1. Scope and account
You must have the legal capacity required by applicable law. You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting login credentials.
Accounts are not transferable. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. Draft and submission
The draft owner is responsible for the title, intention, category, color, image, and destination. Submit only content you have the right to share.
Final submission chooses the Wall or the Wall plus one Board coordinate. The submission enters the moderation queue.
3. Moderation
Every submission may be approved, returned for changes, or rejected. When changes are requested, the same draft and submission may be updated only within the stated window.
Approval creates an immutable public manifest from the reviewed content.
4. Visibility and term
An approved manifest appears on the Wall. If Board was selected, the placement starts at approval and lasts exactly 30 days.
At expiry, only the Board placement and coordinate use end; the Wall entry remains unless removed. There is no automatic renewal or republish control.
5. Unacceptable content
Do not submit illegal, rights-infringing, hateful, harassing, privacy-invasive, malicious, or misleading commercial content.
Content may be removed and account access limited to protect platform safety or third-party rights.
6. Content license
You retain rights in your content. You grant a limited, non-exclusive permission to store it, process it safely, show it to moderators, and publish it at the selected public destinations.
That permission ends when content leaves all active public placements, subject to service and legal retention needs.
7. Service limits
Manifesting Canvas provides visibility and community witnessing; it does not promise a particular outcome.
Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance, security, infrastructure issues, or legal requirements.
8. Changes and disputes
Material changes are announced through an appropriate channel and accepted again when required.
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye and mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
