1. Free submission
A free prelaunch submission opens no payment page, creates no order, and charges no card. A moderation decision does not change that.
2. Change request and rejection
When changes are requested, the same submission opens from the panel and may be resubmitted within the stated window. Rejection creates no public manifest.
Because no amount was collected, these decisions do not trigger a payment refund.
3. Removing public content
The owner may remove an approved visible manifest using its exact manifest ID. Removal ends Wall visibility and any current Board visibility.
Technical and legal records may remain for the periods described in the Privacy Notice.
4. Unexpected charge
If you see an unexpected charge attributed to Manifesting Canvas, contact support before starting another action. Never send a card number or security code.
If a paid product is enabled in the future, its price, withdrawal, and refund terms are shown separately before payment.
5. Mandatory rights
This policy does not reduce mandatory remedies under applicable consumer law.
