The terms that govern your Manifesting Canvas account, digital canvas activity, and community use.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

By creating an account on Manifesting Canvas or continuing to use the services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under applicable law, that you are over 18, and that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

01

Parties

This agreement is entered into between the Manifesting Canvas operator identified in the Service Provider section on this page and the internet user who becomes a member.

For the purposes of this agreement, Manifesting Canvas includes the website, account areas, digital canvas, manifest creation tools, visual spaces, comments, reactions, community wall, and all connected services.

02

Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to define the conditions under which the Member creates an account on Manifesting Canvas, publishes intentions and manifests on a digital canvas, views content, and uses platform features.

Manifesting Canvas provides a digital experience designed to make personal goals visible, create visual inspiration boards, and build manifest spaces that can be shared with the community.

03

Membership, Age, and Account Information

The Member must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, the account may be suspended or closed.

The Member is responsible for the security of their account, email address, username, and password. The Member is primarily responsible for activity performed through the account.

The Member may not transfer, sell, or allow unauthorized use of their account by third parties.

04

Use of Services

The Member agrees to use Manifesting Canvas in compliance with law, public order, general morality, third-party rights, and the intended purpose of the platform.

The Member may not engage in threats, harassment, hate speech, misleading information, spam, malicious software, automated abuse, unauthorized data collection, or activities that interfere with another person's use of the services.

Manifesting Canvas is a tool for awareness, visualization, and sharing. Content on the platform is not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice, and no specific result is guaranteed.

05

Content and Intellectual Property

The Member is responsible for manifests, visuals, comments, profile information, and other content uploaded, written, or published on the platform. The Member confirms that they have the necessary rights to share that content.

The Member retains rights in their content but grants Manifesting Canvas a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, technically copy, resize, cache, show to moderators, and publicly display it for the selected term, with technical sublicensing to service providers only as needed.

All intellectual property rights in the Manifesting Canvas brand, logo, interface design, software, data structures, texts, visual layouts, and platform operation belong to Manifesting Canvas or the relevant rights holders. The platform may not be copied, reproduced, published, or used in another service without permission.

06

Privacy and Personal Data

Manifesting Canvas processes personal data for account creation, security, service and support, abuse prevention, and legal obligations on the purposes and legal grounds explained in the Privacy Notice.

Notice is not consent. If a separate activity requires consent, it will be obtained independently and optionally. The current Privacy Notice is available at /privacy.

07

Service Availability and Warranty Limit

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided as is and as available. Manifesting Canvas does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, always accessible, or fit for a particular expectation.

Access to services may be temporarily limited due to maintenance, technical failures, security requirements, infrastructure providers, third-party services, or suspected misuse.

08

Changes to the Agreement

Manifesting Canvas may update the scope, features, design, paid or free usage conditions of the services, and the provisions of this agreement when necessary.

Material changes are notified through an appropriate channel before taking effect and, where required, accepted again. The document version accepted for a paid order is not changed retroactively and cannot shorten an existing publication term.

09

Suspension and Termination

The Member may close their account or stop using Manifesting Canvas. Account closure does not remove obligations that have already arisen or liability caused by unlawful use.

Manifesting Canvas reserves the right to suspend an account, remove content, or terminate membership in case of breach of this agreement, security risk, legal obligation, third-party rights violation, or conduct that affects platform safety.

10

Force Majeure

Natural disasters, war, epidemic, strike, lockout, fire, flood, electricity or internet outage, cyberattack, official authority decisions, infrastructure provider issues, and similar events outside the parties' control are considered force majeure. Obligations may be suspended during the force majeure period.

11

Resolution of Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Support may be used first; mandatory consumer rights, including access to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court, remain unaffected.

If you do not accept these terms, you should not create a Manifesting Canvas account or use the services.
